Delivery Timelines:

We have a turnaround time of 7 days so please

only place your orders if you can wait,

rest assured you'll order will packed very carefully with a lot of care.

 

All the orders placed between Sunday to Friday will be packed & labelled on Saturdays & the courier pickups will be done on Mondays.

Please keep these timelines in mind before ordering. 

Shipping Turnaround time: 7 Days
Packing & labelling: Saturday & Sunday
Courier Pickups: Monday
Delivery: 3-7+ Days (depending upon distance)

(Eg: If you Order b/w Monday - till Mid Saturday, it'll get packed on coming Saturday & will be shipped coming Monday)
Orders Placed on Sunday, will also be shipped NEXT Monday.

Shipping charges mentioned on the website are setup in a way to keep the cost low, so order valued up to 2500 will be secured in case of a lost package by courier company. Order valued more than 2500 will be unsecured over an above this value, so if you a high cost order, please reach out to Support@pokedex.in in case you want to insure your Order.

Else Orders will be declared a lower value to keep the shipping cost low & affordable.

1. Shipping Details

We take special care in packaging your ordered items using Bubble Mailers and high-quality cardboard boxes and packaging materials to ensure that they reach your doorstep in perfect condition. Understanding the anticipation and excitement that comes with placing an order, we’ve designed our website based on our own experiences as collectors who frequently order items online.

 

2. Order Processing Time

We closely monitor our order log, and as soon as an order is placed, we initiate the packing process promptly.

All orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days (Monday to Friday), You’ll receive notifications via email and SMS once the items are shipped, including a tracking number. If you don’t receive the tracking number within two days, please contact us through our Instagram account or via support@pokedex.in

 

3.Estimated Delivery Time

We use private courier services through ship rocket, with an estimated duration of 4-5 days, as private couriers handle packages with extra care.

Important Note: We do not offer COD as a payment option for shipping. All orders will need to be pre-paid through the payment gateway.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the volatile trading card and rapid fluctuation in price, all trading card sales are final. Detailed product images are displayed to ensure the customer is made aware of the condition of the products prior to purchase. However, in some special cases, we may accept returns if the request is made on the same day of receiving the package. All items must have their seal intact and be in their original condition.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can help rectify the situation. If the Returns that are not due to an error on the part of Pokedex, the customer may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. In case of any Refunds approved by the Pokedex, it’ll take 6-7 days for the refund to be processed & credited in the bank account of the customer.

 

5. Shipping Refund

In cases where multiple orders are placed with Pokedex by a single customer. Depending on the packaging or shipping status of the order, we can refund the excess shipping amount back to the customer.

If the products are already packed, a flat Rs.40 packaging and handling fee will be deducted from the returnable amount. For example, if the shipping charge is Rs.150, then Rs.110 will be sent back to the customer.

 

NDR: NON DELIVERY & RETURN BACK

Customer should enter correct Address, phone Number & most importantly Email address (used for communication) while purchasing the products else customer will b solely responsible for any delivery related issues.

It's customers responsibility to respond to the courier & receive the package else the package will be returned back to office if the RTO (Return to Office) is initiated by the courier company & charges will bee levied.

If RTO is initiated then the refund will be made only after deducting the entire shipping charge + RTO charges + Return delivery charge.

 

Other pointers:

  • Pokedex is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 days from the Shipping Day (as per the policy i.e. Monday). Please contact the courier service provider in case of any delays or to get the real time update.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. The timeline mentioned on the checkout page is for reference only and cannot be with held for any delays.   • If the shipping charges charged upfront are more than the actual charges (after considering the packing charge) will be given back to the customer. Gift card will be issued to the customer for the excess amount.
  • In case the package is undelivered and returned back to us, shipping charge and return shipping charge will be deducted from the amount and balance amount will be refunded to you.
