Hi, Sorry to hear that but i have just checked the support email & chat channel, not once did you reach out to us so not sure wich staff did you reach out to?? Moreover we don't accept returns due to the nature of the products & it has been specifically mentioned in our return & refund policy (else people will open their packs & would want to return if they did not get any hit). Only circumstantial cases are entertained if the package hasn't been packed & shipped yet & we do tend to cater to those requests.
How can us be rude if you didn't contact us??

I just pulled acespec,an RR,an AR and lastly the SR of the box and the twist is u bought only 4 packs,I know it's impossible to believe but I guess that's the magic of Pokemon cards
